Yes, MBBS degree of Russia is totally valid in India. World Health organization (WHO) and National Medical Council (NMC) recognized Russian Universities. There is 2 types of universities : 1st Bilingual university, which provide English + Russian Medium course and 2nd Full English Medium course, where all 6 years will be in English medium.
According to NMC, MBBS course must be in English Medium only. So if your are planning to go Russia, make sure to find English medium university. After completing an MBBS in Russia, you will need to pass the Foreign Medical Graduates Examination (FMGE) or the National Exit Test (NEXT).
If you pass NExT exam, you will be eligible to apply license and will be able to practice in India as a Doctor.
